It’s taken me far too long, but I’m happy to have finally added in pages covering rules and commitments.

The rules are simply the framework of a healthy, welcoming community. I’ve gone over them numerous times to make sure they aren’t stifling, while still covering any trolling or other malicious conduct.

The commitments are my promises to you, the reader, about how I will conduct myself and the site. They’re effectively another set of rules for me to follow.

Also, unlike a lot of other sites, you’ll see that both of them have a “1.0” slapped on them. I’m a strong believer that there’s always room for improvement and that nothing is ever perfect. So, much like software in development, these pages have version numbers. That said, hopefully it’ll be a long time before there’s a need for the “2.0” versions.
